Except my graphics drivers are not compatible with Windows 7. So i decided to downgrade to windows 7 knowing the consequences, i had my usb 3.0 and wifi drivers on a CD so everything worked fine.

I don't think if there are another way to resolve this issue, just do a rollback into 1809 and reinstall the software driver, attempting that the Nvidea constructor publish new version compatible with Windows 10 1903.
